About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager Marine Industry to lead our sales team in achieving outstanding results. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic organization and drive growth in the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize sales performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the marine industry.
  • A proven track record of delivering sales growth and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, economics, or management.
