We are seeking an experienced Global Sales Director Marine Industry to lead our sales team in the marine sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with a focus on the marine industry.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in the marine market
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on the marine industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or Management
The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
