Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our marine market sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Lead the sales team in developing client relationship management strategies and establishing strong client relationships
  • Suggest innovative solutions to meet customer needs and drive sales growth
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve quota targets
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in sales management roles, preferably in the marine market
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Excellent business acumen, with a deep understanding of the marine market and its trends
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
