**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Market Development Specialist to join our team at Arrow Iberia Electronica Slu. This is a unique opportunity to accelerate market, sales, and profit growth within the associated markets or business segments.

The ideal candidate will specialize in key market segments and technologies of the business, as assigned within the dedicated Vertical. You will own the go-to-market strategy plan for the assigned market/business segment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting business strategy activities, including total available market, market share, segmentation, competitive analysis, emerging trends, SWOT, and product positioning.
  • Collaborating with the Business Unit on product road mapping, new product development, and product management activities to support the assigned market.
  • Working with suppliers, product management, and other product and engineering resources to clarify product and service needs, requirements, and priorities.
  • Creating, gaining approvals for, and executing comprehensive products and service offers.
  • Contributing to the development of communication programs and materials for use in business development.
  • Evaluating, recommending, and managing supplier and channel programs within the assigned market.
  • Leading market or segment-based Voice of Customer activities to capture product reception and validate new marketing opportunities.
  • Building and managing influential relationships with key suppliers.
  • Making joint calls with ARROW and supplier's Sales personnel where it is strategically and tactically appropriate on a regular basis.


**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the electronics industry or manufacturing in similar positions in Sales, Engineering, Marketing, or Product management.
  • Experience in IP&E.
  • Experience in engineering and business strategy – market & customer segmentation; competitive product benchmarking, financial analysis (ROI, pricing, scenario analysis).
  • Strong sales skills.
  • A full driving license and readiness for business travel.
  • English language skills - fluently in writing and spoken.
  • Spanish language skills (native or C1).
  • Expertise in engaging executive-level stakeholders.


**Estimated Salary:** €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and individual circumstances.
