Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at AEG Power Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and customers in the Iberian market, driving sales of services and equipment from our service catalog.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring smooth order execution, maintenance, and development of commercial ties, including regular visits.
  • E nsure compliance with contractual obligations, deliver high-quality services, and meet customer satisfaction expectations.
  • Contribute to revenue growth by leveraging data from installed base: implementing framework contracts, proposing retrofits, and providing training.
  • Create commercial offers based on service FAE costings for complex consultations (retrofit, system replacement, etc.).
  • Perform costing for simple consultations (spare parts, training, etc.) in coordination with the service costing manager.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline, tracking opportunities, customer accounts, and related parameters within CRM and S4H tools.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; other qualifications considered.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer account management and technical sales, preferably in power electronics or similar industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of secure power supply systems such as chargers and inverters.
  • Proficiency in using CRM, costing tools, and ERP systems.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.
  • Option for home office, but 1-2 days per week onsite in Vitoria-Gasteiz required, with 50-60% time spent on customer visits.
Estimated Salary

Roughly €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
