We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Global Sales Development Manager for Special Alloys in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the region and driving business growth through sales development.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Proven sales experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the special alloys industry.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Results-driven: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
