Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales activities in accordance with set objectives. This role involves setting up, organizing, and driving the sales team to maximize customer portfolios and identify growth opportunities within assigned geographical areas. The manager will gain, develop, and manage shipping trades to earn customers' loyalty and contribute positively to the Group's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement the sales strategy defined by the National OS/IS Manager and the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in the assigned geographical area, leading, growing, guiding, and motivating the sales team.
2. Set up an action plan ensuring teams deliver and exceed established KPIs, performing budgeted volumes and value-added selling targets.
3. Identify commercial market opportunities and follow up with customers to develop and monitor their portfolios.
4. Directly responsible for some major customers.
5. Promote products and services to customers and prospects.
6. Participate in commercial events and develop a professional network.

Required Skills:
1. Active role modeling and driving of the 5 Pillars: Performance Management, Customer Experience, Leadership Excellence and Employee Experience, Teamwork, and Communication.
2. Customer knowledge, sales techniques, and financial and economic knowledge.
3. Business intelligence, commercial action, negotiation, and operational marketing skills.
4. English language proficiency and software/IT applications expertise.
