Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 based on industry standards and location.
Job Description: As a Senior Business Development Manager at Biobide, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Representing Biobide with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings
- Researching consumer needs and identifying how our solutions address them
- Achieving company objectives by planning effectively, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
- Continuously developing leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring that the team uses effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Seven or more years of managing sales within a corporate setting
- A proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Current/existing contacts within the lead targets of Biobide
- The ability to travel at least 20% of the time
