The Senior Business Development Manager role at IWG Careers is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team and drive business growth. This position involves managing the daily operations of a Spaces centre, increasing sales and revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
A Typical Day at Spaces
A typical day begins with a meeting with your community team to discuss the day's objectives and tasks. You will be responsible for guiding members and guests to their meeting rooms, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made with our F&B partner, and updating the system as needed.
One of the key aspects of this role is building relationships with our members and identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue. This may involve introducing members to potential business partners or connecting them with other members who can help their business grow.
You will also be responsible for preparing welcome kits and ensuring that new companies have a smooth transition into our spaces.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a sociable and enthusiastic team player who loves multitasking and is extremely hands-on. A background in hospitality or events, combined with some supervisory experience, is essential for this position.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
