Drive Business Growth as a Key Client Manager

Ntt Data, a global leader in business and technology services, is seeking an experienced Key Client Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth, develop strategic relationships, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships. As a Key Client Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion across assigned client accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Fostering a deep understanding of clients' business needs and developing tailored solutions to address their challenges
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or sales
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a focus on business development and growth
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and its trends, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
