About the Job
We are seeking a Sales Area Manager to support and maximize sales opportunities for a designated product group area in Izarra, Spain.
The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, such as new clients and markets for our products, and maintain and increase the Company's sales and profitability.
Main Responsibilities
- Pursue sales leads and visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
- Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization.
Requirements
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, management, accounting, finance, or retail management.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
