Job Title: Modality Sales Specialist Coronary North Spain
Your Role:
- Developing and maintaining key account relationships to ensure Philips is the preferred supplier.
- Building and promoting strong customer relationships through partnership and understanding customer needs.
- Initializing and coordinating Philips efforts to maximize sales group output.
- Collaborating with marketing, services, and supply chain teams to create optimal offers for key accounts.
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region.
- Creating an account plan for each key account, translating budgeted targets into specific strategies and actions.
Responsibilities:
- Improving account performance through action programs and driving function performance within the account team.
- Systematically analyzing and reporting sales results, market trends, and competition to propose improvements.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, professional publications, and personal networks.
- Providing technical and product support during Congress and workshops Live Cases in hospitals within the territory.
- Communicating and influencing skills to negotiate and drive sales.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in the medical device sector with specific knowledge of the Cardiology area in North Spain.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
- English and Spanish language skills, with a strong team player attitude and customer focus.
- Availability to travel and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
