Job Title: Nordic Business Growth Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Marketing team member to join our dynamic New Business Sales Development team in Barcelona. As a Nordic Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, policy-compliant leads to our internal New Business Sales teams across European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect high-quality leads for internal New Business Sales teams
  • Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools
  • Conduct eligibility checks to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting
  • Collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas
  • Deliver a set of leads based on agreed quarterly targets
  • Provide weekly reporting and analysis of work in a presentable format

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in digital advertising or market research
  • Minimum education level of 2nd year college or higher
  • B2 level or higher of the market being supported
  • Native level of Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish
  • Advanced level of English
  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills
