Senior Sales Channel Development Specialist, Tax Solutions

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Channel Development Specialist to join our team at Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), a part of Arrow Electronics. This role is based in our office in Madrid and involves a hybrid work arrangement.
As a Sales Channel Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth in the partner landscape through the acquisition of new channel partners. Your primary objective will be to identify and qualify prospects (channel partners) in the context of the EU Continuous Transaction Control mandate in the Spanish Area.
You will work closely with the marketing department to establish a joint action plan for approaching recruited partners' end-user communities. Additionally, you will coordinate with the enablement team to provide recruited channel partners with the required Sovos knowledge.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identify and qualify prospects (channel partners) in the context of the EU Continuous Transaction Control mandate in the Spanish Area
- Coordinate with marketing on identification and recruitment of channel partners
- Develop market development action plans and position the Sovos technology within the channel community
- Recruit channel partners and coordinate with the enablement team for providing them with the required Sovos knowledge
- Attend and set meetings and agendas for Quarterly & Annual Reviews, including setting direction, directives, and mutually agreeable action items
- Continuously update distribution partners on pricing, marketing, and sales initiatives
The ideal candidate will have ERP experience, which is a critical requirement for this role. Profiles without IT Sales experience will not be considered. We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of 60000€-80000€, depending on your qualifications and experience.
