Global Business Development Manager

**Job Overview:**
The Global Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in key accounts across the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
**About the Role:**
This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic account plans, and executing sales strategies to meet/exceed financial and business objectives. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Inside Sales, Autodesk Channel Partners, and Account Marketing.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and prepare comprehensive business plans for assigned accounts, focusing on customer profiles, value messaging, and targeted sales initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key executives within target accounts, providing exceptional service and support to drive business results.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through creative expansion of existing accounts and proactive ownership of renewals.
- Collaborate with channel partners to understand their business needs and adapt programs to drive new revenue and expand business partner relationships.
**Requirements:**
- A proven track record of success in direct-led mid-market sales environments offering complex business solutions.
- Strong sales process and account planning skills, with experience in Value-Based Selling.
- Executive selling and relationship experience, with a focus on C-level negotiations.
- Native or fluent English language skills, with Swedish proficiency preferred.
**Salary Range:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
