We seek a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m/w/d) who will contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role within BizAway involves managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signature, particularly during the first year. You'll conduct research and prospect for new clients in Spain, executing outbound campaigns through phone, email, and other touchpoints. Presenting our solution to various stakeholders, including C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, and more, is also essential. Furthermore, you'll deliver live demos of our platform to qualified prospects and lead negotiations with potential clients from discovery to contract. Additionally, you'll be responsible for forecasting Sales Revenue, providing transparent visibility into your deal pipeline. As an ambassador of our solution, you may attend industry fairs and events if necessary. Collaborating closely with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders, you'll define Quarterly and Annual OKRs. Your basic responsibilities include working with SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop, proactively proposing actions, strategies, and campaigns to enhance the sales process and drive growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • You possess a native level of Spanish and a good level of English (both written and spoken).
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR.

We're also interested in candidates with previous experience in SAAS Sales / Business Travel / Start-ups.

A Competitive Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position ranges between €45,000 - €60,000 based on location and performance.
