Your Role

You will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and prospecting for new clients in Spain
  • Running outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints
  • Presenting our solution to C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.
  • Leading negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract
  • Forecasting Sales Revenue and giving full visibility of your deal pipeline
  • Being an evangelist of our solution and attending fairs and public events if necessary

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of Spanish and a good level of English (both written and spoken)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR
  • An "No excuses" attitude: your success depends on you and no one else
  • Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day
  • Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
  • Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties

Estimated Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
