Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Aerodynamic Sales Expansion Specialist to join our team in the aeronautic industry.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and manage sales channels to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the aeronautic industry.
- Identify and evaluate potential sales channel partners, including distributors, agents, and resellers, to expand our reach and customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, providing necessary support, training, and resources to effectively sell our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust our sales strategy accordingly.
- Develop and implement sales programs, promotions, and incentives to motivate channel partners and drive sales growth.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction, to senior management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Advanced English skills.
- Knowledge of product sales strategies.
- Knowledge and experience in technology, business, and user experience.
- Methodical and organized approach.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment.
- Autonomy and responsibility.
- Willingness to take on new challenges.
