Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Aerodynamic Sales Expansion Specialist to join our team in the aeronautic industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales channels to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the aeronautic industry.
  • Identify and evaluate potential sales channel partners, including distributors, agents, and resellers, to expand our reach and customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, providing necessary support, training, and resources to effectively sell our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust our sales strategy accordingly.
  • Develop and implement sales programs, promotions, and incentives to motivate channel partners and drive sales growth.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction, to senior management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Knowledge of product sales strategies.
  • Knowledge and experience in technology, business, and user experience.
  • Methodical and organized approach.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment.
  • Autonomy and responsibility.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $85,000, plus variable salary according to goals and annual reviews. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits plan, prioritizing work-life balance, professional development, and career growth.
