Landbot is the leading no-code chatbot builder, empowering companies to convert leads, capture data, and personalize client journeys in real-time. We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to play a key role in our sales strategy.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to driving revenue growth through new business development. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and generating quality contacts for our sales executives, aligning with our commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients based on ICP criteria, guidelines, segments, or lists provided.
  • Determine the decision-makers and their needs that fit with our product.
  • Reach out to prospects via various channels (calls, video calls, email, WhatsApp, etc.) to schedule meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executive in prospecting and strategizing target accounts.
  • Support the Sales team in attaining quarterly revenue goals by scheduling meetings with outbound leads.
  • Bridge, qualify, and help warm up new leads.
  • Understand a prospect company's primary business issues to match a fitting solution.
  • Manage and track opportunities and pipelines into our CRM.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in/knowledge of outbound processes.
  • A commercial nature and a fearless approach to outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, pitching, etc.).
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to take the initiative and work enthusiastically towards objectives.
  • Multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management skills.
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Spanish.
