About the Role:
In this dynamic position, you will work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to execute strategies for generating new clients and target accounts. Your primary objective will be to detect, contact, and generate quality contacts for sales executives, aligning with our commercial strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Generation: Identify pain points and understand the needs of potential clients based on ICP criteria, guidelines, segments, or lists provided.
- Decision-Maker Identification: Reach out to prospects through various channels (calls, video calls, email, WhatsApp, or other forms) to schedule meetings for our Account Executives.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely and collaboratively with the Account Executive in prospecting and strategizing target accounts.
- Sales Objectives: Support the Sales team to attain quarterly revenue goals by scheduling meetings with outbound leads.
Requirements:
- Outbound Experience: You have experience in/knowledge of outbound processes.
- Commercial Nature: You have a commercial nature.
- Fearless Approach: A fearless approach to outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, pitching, etc).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written / verbal communication skills.
- Initiative and Time Management: Ability to take the initiative, enthusiastic, organized, and able to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Bonus Skills & Attributes:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in sales development/generation of new sales opportunities.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM (Pipedrive is preferred) and other sales automation/prospecting tools.
