Sales Development Representative for German and English Customers

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in supporting the growth of our German and English customer base. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, qualifying leads, and assisting our Head of Sales in documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, qualify leads, and assist with documentation.
- Engage in cold calling and cold emailing to identify new business opportunities.
- Handle pre-qualification by phone and coordinate meetings with potential clients.
- Promote and manage sequences on LinkedIn to expand our professional network.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular calls and written communication.
- Support the development of new processes and ideas with our Head of Sales.

Requirements:
- At least two years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative.
- Proficiency in German (C1) and English (C1) languages.
- Familiarity with CRM software and experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Successful completion of a vocational training or a bachelor degree.
