Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Talent Search People - Native Speakers. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new German publishers and building a healthy pipeline of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new German publishers from the market
  • Build and prioritize a pipeline of high-value opportunities
  • Work closely with technical, sales, and operational colleagues to lead publisher acquisition efforts
  • Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with prospects and clients
  • Maintain our CRM tool and update lead and client interactions
  • Hit monthly KPIs and targets

Requirements

We are looking for a Sales Enthusiast who thrives on meeting and exceeding goals, and is excited by the thrill of bonuses. You should be a fluent/native German speaker with a high level of English proficiency to engage effectively with our diverse team and clients. You should also have a keen eye for detail, a knack for turning conversations positively, and a passion for digital advertising.
