What We're Looking For

We're seeking an Enterprise Account Strategist for Catalonia to acquire, establish, and nurture long-term partnerships with large enterprise accounts. As a key member of our team, you will develop new business opportunities with a 'solution selling' mindset, manage existing accounts, and identify new customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business with large accounts in the Catalan Region using a solution selling approach.
  • Manage large accounts, helping them understand the value of working with freelancers and Malt specifically.
  • Identify and prospect new customers, approaching C-level interlocutors.
  • Work as a team to develop business in Spain, sharing best practices with each other and European teams.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
  • A degree-level education and significant experience in commercial B2B roles.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development with large/multinational clients and sales/prospection tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, intellectual agility, and ability to understand customer issues and objectives.
