Job Description:
We are seeking an outcomes-oriented, highly collaborative Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit to tackle significant revenue targets and drive go-to-market strategies in the Catalonia region. This role requires owning and driving sales cycles with cross-functional teams, demonstrating consultative selling experience, and possessing strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales cycles and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Demonstrate consultative selling skills and build strong relationships with customers
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the technology sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales process optimization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Benefits:
