We are seeking a skilled Sales and Trade Development Manager to join our Bolton Group team in Spain. Key responsibilities include managing mass market business with regional customers in Catalonia, driving sell-out of prominent brands through optimal distribution, shelving, promotion, and pricing execution.

Job Overview

Bolton Group is a leading player in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, and we are currently looking for a talented Sales and Trade Development Manager to manage our relationships with regional customers in Catalonia.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing overall mass market business with regional customers in Catalonia
  • Driving sell-out of prominent brands through optimal distribution, shelving, promotion, and pricing execution
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and market share
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an account manager in the FMCG industry
  • Intermediate level MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and build proposals to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Spanish is required; English language skills are an asset
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and market trends
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is €50,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
