Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team in Spain, responsible for driving sales revenue for top brands such as PaperMate and Sharpie. This role will be based out of either Barcelona (hybrid) or Madrid (remote).

About the Role
  • Manage assigned accounts directly, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Implement consumer and shopper-focused strategies to achieve excellent results for Newell Brands.
  • Develop relationships with listed accounts and potential customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and execute annual budgets for assigned accounts.
  2. Day-to-day management of the promotional calendar, evaluating and correcting course as needed.
  3. Work with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in similar roles or industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Full Spanish Driver's Licence.
  • Fluent Spanish and communicative English (written and spoken).

Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range between €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
