Job Overview
We are seeking an Industrial Gas Sales Manager based in Spain to develop and grow our applications technology sales across Europe. This key role will drive revenue growth and support our merchant business expansion.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and overseeing projects. Key areas of focus include:

  • Driving sales of our applications technology solutions
  • Providing process expertise and technical differentiation to onsite bid teams
  • Managing existing partnerships and identifying new collaboration opportunities
  • Supporting country sales teams and providing commercial input
  • Representing Air Products at conferences, exhibitions, and seminars

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree (typically engineering-based)
  • 5 years of experience in business development or marketing within Air Products or a related industry
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Proven commercial and negotiation skills
  • Leadership skills to provide commercial direction
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the company
