Sales and Revenue Growth

We are seeking an Inside Sales professional to join our team in Spain, supporting our Sales Engineers in the Business Unit of Industrial Gases. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and increasing sales by handling customer inquiries, providing technical information, and offering high-quality service to assigned customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to and process complex customer inquiries on pricing, lead-time, product offerings, and complaints in a timely and friendly manner, maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • Handle technical inquiries and provide solutions to problems or clarify matters related to customer relations.
  • Contact customers to increase order rates for small product quantities.
  • Issue and follow up on quotations, gathering cost and technical data for special components as needed.
  • Manage and follow up on processes related to quality issues, ADP, CQP, and customer notifications.
  • Register opportunities, track activity, and collaborate closely with sales engineers using CRM tools.
  • Establish key communication links with internal departments, including sales, customer service, finance, and others.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A higher education degree with a commercial orientation (preferable).
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a support sales role or sales department.
  • Native Spanish and Catalan, as well as fluent English (company language).
  • CRM management skills.
  • Strong administration, organizational, and commercial skills.

The estimated salary for this position is €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
