">About the Role:
">We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to act as Team Area Manager, reporting directly to the Field Sales Manager Spain. This role involves accelerating the sellout of our products at store level through commercial levers such as assortment, distribution, share of shelf, secondary placement, and securing/upgrading headquarter agreements.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Improve our presence in-store through better assortment, share of shelf, and secondary placement">
- Ensure national agreements negotiated by Key Account Managers are perfectly executed in-store and further enhanced when possible">
- Help implement the Perfect Store approach, store execution, and store scoring">
- Be a change agent in modernizing and professionalizing the field sales team">
- Foster a winning and growth mindset, always looking for more and better">
- Work closely with KAMs, Sales Development, and Perfect Store teams to build a partnership that strengthens plans working towards shared objectives">
- Participate in annual customer business plans to identify customer needs and potential business opportunities at a local level">
- Maximize field coverage effectively and efficiently, promoting team engagement and development, coaching, and monitoring performance">
- Ensure the team is trained in effective sales skills and understands the features and benefits of our products to consumers">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field">
- Spanish and English as primary languages">
- +10 years of experience in field sales within the FMCG industry">
- Team management experience: leading a team of professionals promoting a high-performance culture">
- Outstanding experience in Perfect Store, store scoring methodology, and excellence in execution">
- Strong commercial skills, results-oriented, problem-solving, and customer-centric mindset">
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to persuade audiences (externally and internally)">
- Ability to coach team members on sales skills, techniques, negotiations, and commercial levers at a local level">
- Deep understanding of customers and their approach (knowledge of retailers' organization, regional directors, hypermarkets directors)">
- Optimistic and positive person with a strong winning mindset and relentless energy">
- Confident, driven, and dynamic leader able to handle change management and team member growth">
