Job Description:

As a Field Sales Lead for our FMCG business, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals in a designated territory. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans that align with company objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in field sales or a related role
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
