Sales Leadership Opportunity for German Market Expansion

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to spearhead our growth initiatives in the German market.
Company OverviewQonto is a leading fintech company that provides innovative banking solutions for SMEs and freelancers. Our mission is to make day-to-day banking easier and more accessible.
With a strong presence in several European markets, we are now looking to expand our footprint in Germany and identify a talented leader to drive this initiative forward.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in the fintech or SaaS industry. They will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to expand Qonto's presence in Germany, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in the German market
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales processes and tools
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the fintech or SaaS industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of sales processes and KPI management
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including:
