Looking to drive sales growth in the Catalan region?
We're seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to establish and nurture long-term partnerships with large enterprise accounts. As a key member of our Spanish team, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities with a solution selling mindset.
About the Role:
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire, establish, and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Catalan region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business with large accounts in the Catalan Region using a solution selling approach
- Identify and prospect new customers, engaging with C-level executives
- Manage existing accounts, highlighting the value of working with freelancers on Malt
About You:
- Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English
- Degree-educated with significant commercial B2B experience
- 2-3 years of business development experience with large/multinational clients and proficiency in sales tools
- Prior experience in recruitment or digital industries is a plus
