Your role as a Customer Service Agent in Lisbon will involve:

Overview

We are a multinational organization offering top-notch sales and customer service solutions. Our team consists of talented individuals from over eighty nationalities worldwide.

In this position, you will be part of our international team, contributing to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is 950-1030€ gross/month, including free accommodation in a shared flat with all bills covered. Alternatively, you can opt for 1300-1400€ gross/month excluding accommodation.

You will also receive compensation during your training period, equal to 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes). Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn up to 10 days' worth of compensation during this time.

A relocation package is available for international candidates, covering reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, yearly two-way flight tickets back to your home country within the EU, and assistance with paperwork and opening a bank account.

Other benefits include private health insurance after 6 months of contract, free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company.

Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include providing mentorship to consumers in various fields, offering best possible answers and solutions to customers via phone, email, or social media, and delivering calm and resourceful troubleshooting for customer queries.

You will work closely with other departments to redirect related cases and issues to relevant teams. Your tasks may vary depending on the project, but you can expect to handle a range of responsibilities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Speak a native level of German and have at least a B1 level in English.
  • Be enthusiastic about fashion, trends, and giving styling advice to others.
  • Understand the value and impact of a good customer experience.
  • Be an attentive listener, comfortable and skilled at communicating with people.
  • Enjoy being energetic, innovative, and working proactively at a fast pace.
  • Get excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.

You should already be living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
