We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of a leading holiday platform.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing expert advice, and resolving issues efficiently. Your excellent communication skills will ensure that customers have a seamless booking experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our holiday offers
  • Manage and respond to customer requests through various channels
  • Assist customers with managing their bookings, queries, and requests
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English
  • A valid Portuguese work permit (required)
  • The ability to adapt to changes with a positive mindset
  • Motivation and commitment to perform tasks effectively
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

€ 1375 gross per month + € 300 loyalty bonus every 3 months + € 3000 signing bonus + performance bonus of € 120 from the 4th full month

We also provide health insurance, paid professional training, and employee discounts. For international candidates, we offer up to €200 for travel ticket reimbursement and up to €360 for accommodation support.
