We are innovating to deliver a world-class level of service to our Selling Partners on Amazon.

The Amazon Strategic Account Services (SAS) program aims to improve the customer and Selling Partner experience by working directly with them to enhance value, selection, and convenience across their business.

We leverage technology, processes, and people to grow the program and enable scalable global solutions through cooperation with worldwide teams.

We seek a dynamic and motivated Marketplace Consultant who will work with a group of Selling Partners to help them grow their business on Amazon, providing support on launching new programs, exploring marketing tools, advising on account strategy, and listing selection.

You will develop and convert a sales pipeline using a highly consultative and data-driven approach, onboard and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, and create compelling value propositions around the SAS program and service offerings.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Selling Partners based on a clear understanding of their needs.
  • Manage a portfolio of Selling Partners to drive individual strategies, manage timelines, expectations, and own communications, leveraging a strong understanding of Amazon programs, tools, and processes.
  • Produce profound business recommendations and actionable insights by using analytical tools to interpret customer data and make recommendations to maximize potential.
  • Implement and track metrics to measure success of sellers in your portfolio and guide your work to uncover hidden areas of opportunity.

This is an opportunity to play a vital role in shaping a key growth program for Amazon Australia, developing our portfolio of solutions alongside cross-functional teams and colleagues in other countries.

The ideal candidate will be excellent at influencing external stakeholders, possess consulting and account management skills, a track record of taking initiatives, using data and tools to drive business growth, implementing process improvements, and scaling up programs, and be comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of AUD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including professional development opportunities and a collaborative team environment.
