About the Opportunity

As a Key Account Manager, Sales Leader for our Iberia Oral Care team, you will play a crucial role in driving brand usage and recommendation among dental health professionals in your area.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in delivering oral health care solutions, working closely with our talented team of professionals. You will be responsible for managing a small warehouse with high-value materials, ensuring compliance with our company standards.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including life and health insurance, a stock ownership scheme, and social benefits. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive brand usage and recommendation among dental health professionals
  • Manage a small warehouse with high-value materials, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Work closely with our team of professionals to deliver oral health care solutions
  • Attend dental congresses, trade fairs, and scientific exchanges to stay up-to-date with industry developments

Requirements:

  • Min 5 years' experience in pharma sales or a similar position
  • Strong academic results and a bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence strategy
  • Solution-oriented and able to build collaborative relationships
  • Able to travel 50% of the time, with fluency in English
