About the RoleAs a Senior Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth in various cities by offering an exceptional user experience to customers, restaurant partners, and couriers. To achieve this goal, you will lead a team of Sales and Account Managers, establish strong relationships with the Madrid and Barcelona teams, and develop a long-term strategy to deliver results.With your team, you will oversee market development at 360°, including marketplace management, restaurant and courier partnerships, local marketing initiatives, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.Strategy: Set ambitious goals, create timelines, and make financial decisions to drive market growthLead a local team: We have teams on the ground that support you in running your business. As a leader, you will develop these teams while shaping the organization to ensure long-term success.Develop & Optimize Processes: At Uber, we move fast and operate at scale. You will help design processes for prospecting, onboarding, account management, training, and more to fuel growth and efficiency.Local Courier and Restaurant Partners Relations: Grow partner numbers, handle partner development, monitor metrics, and ensure high-quality experiences on the Uber Eats platform.Data analysis: Analyze data to build insights and dashboards for your team.Work closely with the Operations Team to implement new processes and products in your city portfolio - and collaborate with Territory teams to foster alignment.What You'll Need7+ years of experience in operations management, management consulting, investment banking, or strategy work in a large business, technology company, or growing startupHighly analytical decision-making skills and business acumenStrong leadership skills to build and mentor top-performing teamsAbility to take initiative and adapt quickly to changing work environmentsExcellent customer-facing skills and negotiation expertiseHands-on approach to implementing operational schemes in your own city portfolioCreative problem-solving mindsetNative Spanish and fluent English
