About the RoleWe're looking for a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our sales organization in Portugal. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying market opportunities and conducting lead generation activities to maximize market exposure.
- Acquire new customers and maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure retention and minimize churn.
- Regularly communicate with customers to promote the effective use of our Freight Exchange platform.
- Support and advise clients to help them develop their business.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of B2B sales experience (service or software-oriented).
- Native-level Portuguese speaker with fluent English or Spanish language skills.
- Experience with Salesforce is ideal but not mandatory.
- Cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals are essential skills.
Based on industry standards and market research, the estimated salary for this role is around €55,000-€65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
