About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Director to lead our new business development and growth marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive growth strategies to drive new business and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead generation and new business development: Develop and implement integrated strategies for lead generation to drive new business, leveraging organic social media, content marketing, and speaking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Customer database management: Build and manage a customer database, optimizing the lead-to-client conversion process and ensuring efficient nurturing and follow-up of potential clients.
  • Strategic partnerships: Actively seek and establish strategic partnerships, industry awards, and speaking engagements to position the agency as a thought leader and attract new clients.
  • Multi-channel marketing strategies: Design multi-channel marketing strategies that integrate both external (e.g., social media, thought leadership) and internal communications (e.g., case studies, newsletters) aimed at supporting business growth and client acquisition.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related field in a fast-paced, agency environment.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and business development within a marketing or agency environment.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and PR.
  • Strong project management skills with a strategic, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage both internal and external communications effectively.
