Senior Business Development Coordinator for Industry Conferences

About the Role
As a Senior Business Development Coordinator for Industry Conferences, you will play a vital role in contributing to the growth and development of IESE Business School's Industry Meetings Team.
The team is responsible for organizing conferences and events that bring together industry experts, thought leaders, and professionals to share knowledge, insights, and best practices. Your primary focus will be on supporting the organization of these events, including marketing campaign preparation, contact follow-up, and customer retention.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
- Coordinate with speakers, moderators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage attendee registration, ticketing, and logistics.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, such as brochures, mailings, and social media content.
- Collaborate with the Industry Meetings Team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event management, marketing, or business development.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
