About the Role

Scopely is seeking a seasoned Senior Director, Business Development to spearhead our global publishing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our distribution and growth strategy worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global business development strategy that aligns with our overall distribution strategy and principles.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with top IP partners, new distribution platforms, and vendors in the gaming industry.
  • Source and negotiate large complex partnerships that drive Scopely's consumer and commercial presence globally.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the needs of the business are met in a timely manner.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of Business Development/Partnership experience within the digital entertainment industry.
  • Experience creating and executing a global business development strategy.
  • Ability to identify and negotiate large scale commercial agreements.
  • Gaming experience preferred, particularly in free-to-play games.
  • Passion for video games and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
