Your Role
You will join our Sales team as a Sales Development Representative EMEA, playing a key role in building new business relationships with clients across Europe, Middle East and Africa. As a sales professional with natural instincts and a willingness to support new business, you will work closely with Target Account Sales Executives to create new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and nurture a queue of leads through a process to become sales accepted leads
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with over 100 accounts
• Identify top leads and be the first contact with potential customers through cold calling and emailing
• Listen to prospects' needs and wants, and determine if there is a mutual fit with Autodesk
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, support, operations, and product teams to streamline application and process efficiency
• Follow and update best-practice documentation to promote best practices
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you will need corporate work experience, prior inside/software sales experience, and a passion to develop yourself and make your way up the Autodesk ladder. Native Dutch speakers are preferred, but fluent English is mandatory. Any other North European language is a plus.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience and location. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
