Role Overview
We at Ignion are revolutionizing the IoT industry with our innovative Virtual Antenna technology and the Oxion antenna design platform. We seek an accomplished sales professional to join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Representative - EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Provide critical support to the sales team by acting as the primary point of contact for customers, distributors, and partners.
- Ensure seamless communication and efficient processes through exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the Senior Sales Team, Distributors, and Customers to address inquiries and requests.
- Process requests from AIC, opportunity entries, quotes, and antenna samples.
- Manage projects from AIC submission to conversion, design, and qualification stages.
- Conduct regular Opportunity reconciliation and contribute to accurate pipeline management.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and operations to drive process improvements and efficiency.
Requirements
- Ability to manage and assume ownership of several IoT projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Expertise in Virtual Antenna technology.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
