The Role

We're looking for a dynamic and high-energy individual to drive revenue growth to our Sales teams' pipeline. As a Business Development Representative, you'll develop a pipeline of targeted accounts for SMB and Mid-Market CROs, and execute innovative outreach efforts. If you excel at problem-solving, strategic thinking, and creative outreach that drives results, this could be an ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate a pipeline of business through targeted outbound prospecting for both SMB and Mid-Market accounts.
  • Research and build accounts, including finding prospects, reaching out strategically by phone, email, and InMails.
  • Balance and prioritize targeted accounts and initiatives to meet and exceed monthly metrics and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team on account planning and overall strategy and approach.
  • Manage time effectively to pursue accounts across multiple time zones.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in a B2B outbound sales role.
  • Experience in outbound account prospecting, including account research, prioritization, and engaging prospects using cold calls, emails, InMails, and more.
  • A proven track record of consistent QoQ quota attainment and achieving metrics, such as dials, emails, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clear and succinct communication skills to articulate Suvoda's products and communicate value with senior-level executives.
  • Curiosity – a desire to learn and grow.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
