Salary Range:$110,000 - $140,000 per year
Job Description
As a Lead Account Manager, you will design and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate strategy calls for RFPs, develop client proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts. You will also ensure that sales activities align with the company's strategic objectives and collaborate with relevant departments to deliver successful implementations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with a proven track record in sales and account management.
- Strong scientific, sales, and/or marketing background, particularly in pharmaceutical/biotech sectors.
- Proficiency with sales automation systems and Microsoft Office programs.

Working Conditions and Environment
