The Role:
We are seeking a talented Business Development Lead to play a key role in scaling our elite Partnerships organization. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with senior stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth through partnerships.
You will work closely with our sales, product, and marketing teams to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, as well as develop and maintain existing relationships with key partners.
Your Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth through partnerships
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, including developing and presenting business cases to senior management
- Develop and maintain existing relationships with key partners, including negotiating contracts and resolving issues
- Work closely with our sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize partnership opportunities, and develop and implement go-to-market plans
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on partnerships and strategy
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships, with a strong understanding of partnership economics and deal structuring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and partner executives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions
About You:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about driving growth through partnerships, with a strong understanding of business development principles and practices. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and partner executives.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
