Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and generating new business opportunities across the DACH region for our HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching prospect accounts using social and digital tools to provide insight for prospects
  • Having meaningful conversations about the ADP Value Proposition with decision-making contacts
  • Building long-lasting relationships as a Trusted Advisor
  • Outlining how ADP can help prospects overcome challenges
  • Sharing marketing content and leveraging insightful collateral

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, be courageous and ambitious, adaptable and enthusiastic, self-motivated and confident, emotionally intelligent and inclusive, and have a good business acumen and commercial awareness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum B2 level of German language proficiency (C1 or C2 preferred)
  • Experience working in a target-driven, lead generation environment (not mandatory)
  • Knowledge of social media and digital research methods
  • Previous CRM knowledge (Salesforce.com preferable)

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary, commissions (uncapped), on-target bonus, and company benefits. You will also enjoy a hybrid model, working 1 month remotely from anywhere, Spanish bank holidays, and standard company holidays.

Estimated Salary:

Ranging from €45,000 to €60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
