We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Industry Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.
About the Role
In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to international travelers and accommodation suppliers via phone, email, and chat.
Your Responsibilities
You will be the link between customers and our global network of accommodation suppliers, ensuring timely issue resolution and outstanding customer experience.
- Listen to and understand the needs of international travelers and accommodation suppliers.
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat, following set procedures to resolve inquiries.
- Respond to and mediate between travelers and accommodation providers to resolve issues related to payments, services, and technical requirements.
- Clarify service details and offer clear, accurate information on processes and requirements.
- Follow established workflows and escalation processes to ensure timely and effective problem resolution.

- A temporary contract with a 38.5-hour workweek (Monday to Sunday, 15:00-23:00 shift).
