David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to fill a Business Development Representative role in their Barcelona office. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary and bonus structure.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and qualifying potential clients within targeted companies
  • Driving profitability through proactive management of sales pipeline
  • Tracking, managing, and reporting ongoing activity relative to sales performance
  • Reviewing client satisfaction levels and communicating feedback to relevant parties
  • Preparing commercial and technical service proposals to ensure they meet client needs

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Native/fluent proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken
  • Fluency in English (at least B2 level)
  • Solid sales background and previous experience in B2B sales
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
