About the Role
We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Professional to join our team as an International Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across Europe, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and qualifying new leads to build a robust pipeline of potential customers
- Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and sales leaders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Continuously evaluating and improving sales processes and procedures to optimize results
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of B2B sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related tools and technologies
- Fluency in English, with additional European languages an advantage
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
